The gatehouse committee's mission is to provide guidance to the UTGCC HOA Board regarding safety and security for the UT Golf Community.  Specifically, ensure gatehouse operations are effective through both physical and electronic monitoring techniques that operate safely and effectively providing ease of entry for residents and prevent tailgating of non-residents into the neighborhood.  Any incident at the gatehouse that results in damage will be reviewed by the committee with either resolution through the committee or, if required, a recommendation to the board.
