Changes to the exterior of your home such as but not limited to paint color, window replacement, landscaping improvements, or additional construction require a modification permit.

Step 1: Consult the governing documents and design guidelines before making a request.

Step 2: Go to TownSq and in the left hand menu under Tools, select Architectural Review, then on the upper right corner select +Submit project. Make sure to supply all supporting documentation to avoid processing delays.

Step 3: The architectural compliance committee has up to 30 days, once all required documentation is received, to review each application. No work shall begin prior to approval. Fines will be issued for non-compliance.

Important All application before June 1, 2022 are under the Steiner Ranch Master Association architectural authority. Reach out to SRMA for information and updates.

Variance request will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Upon submission of a written request approval may be given to owners to construct, erect, or install improvements, which are in variance from the Guidelines, Restrictions or Declaration, when in its sole and absolute discretion such variance will not be adverse to the overall development plan, and such variance is justified due to visual or aesthetic considerations, or unusual circumstances. An approval is based on the individual application and, in no event, does it set a precedent for future applications.
